So I celebrate by birthday all month. Because why not. And this is the look I’ve had on repeat - it’s a take on the grungy eye shadow look on our last Friday Live (they happen on Instagram most Fridays at 10am EST then I’ll post them to Instagram TV after - you can find past Friday Lives under their own IGTV category).

This is a bronzy/smokey/sparkly eye plus long-wearing but not obvious foundation. It carried me through a 20-hour day in NYC last weekend, so it works.

The key to natural-but-longwearing makeup is how you layer. Use thin layers, and cover liquid or cream products with powder, then buff everything together. Keep layering until you get the coverage your want, then it won’t look heavy. You can do this with eye or complexion makeup, lipstick, whatever you want.
