I rhymed. :)

It’s a new season and I’d like to try something new. I often stand in my own way because I don’t think what I have to tell you will be valuable enough unless it’s perfectly polished with all the links and pretty pics. Unfortunately, with everything going on, that means I don’t get to post much.

So, my goal is to write shorter, more frequent posts on a regular schedule (right now let’s aim for Tuesday and Thursday) so you know there will be a little Electra Lane tidbit waiting for you here on the blog.

Right now, I’m obsessed with the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow Sticks. I have them on today, and I used the shade Bark in the outer corner, Taupe on the lid and crease, and Bone on the inner corner and browbone.

You can blend them with your finger or with a brush, and they do last all day. You can build up their intensity by topping them with a similar color eyeshadow, but for quick, every day eyes, just a wash of color from one stick is all you need.

I showed you one way to use them on Instagram, but of course you can do so much more.
