BUT that’s when you learn, and I’ve learned to stay away from “get ready with me” and “first impressions” videos. Unfortunately, I did both of those things at once on an Instagram Live earlier this week and, when I tried to add it to IGTV, it was too long.

When it comes to switching makeup for the seasons, it’s not something you must do! You can literally wear whatever you want at any time throughout the year. Makeup marketers want you to think you need different products, but stick with what you love, Which, of course, might mean updating your makeup wardrobe!
Instead of spending money on new makeup (I mean…I’m not going to stop you…) I suggest having two, solid makeup routines ready to go: one for every day, and one for the festivities this season often brings.
If you have 22 minutes but the attention span of a squirrel, I hope you’ll check out the video because there are some good tidbits in there. Also some Hanson talk, big surprise.
