So we didn’t do March favorites because I didn’t have any stand-out products, but this month I do, so holler.
PCA Sensitive Skin Retinol
Retinol is arguably the best anti-ageing product out there, so I’ve been using the Sunday Riley Luna Night Sleeping Oil for years. Since I felt like pumping up the strength without going prescription-strength (I’ve had bad reactions to it in the past), my dermatologist recommended this because it has calming ingredients.
I’ve used it for three months with no issue, and my skin has definitely improved since using it 3-4 times a week.
Kristin Ess Full Size French Pin Set
Sometimes you want to get your hair off your face but don’t want the typical “claw” clip or hair pins…these gorgeous pins are not only chic, but highly functional. I’ve reached for them over and over instead of tossing my hair into a ponytail.
One note, I’ve searched my local Target but never found these, so I ordered them online.
Wayne Goss The Radiance Boosting Face Palette
Oh my goodness. This is just everything. I adore Wayne Goss, his makeup brushes are my favorite, and his makeup line is sensational. I’m “Satin Bronze” for reference.
Although bronzer is one of my top three favorite makeup items, you’ll love this even if it’s an afterthought. This palette contains a bronzer and a contour. While contour might be scary, it shouldn’t be!
Wayne and I both have several videos on this topic, but here’s the biggest selling point: what shade of eyeshadow do you wear the most? Probably brown. So I love the contour shade for my crease, or even all over my eye. This also works as a brow powder and lower lash line shade.
These palettes are beautifully balanced, so you don’t have to worry about them pulling too grey. If you want to fake a vacation glow, this is your ticket.
Gucci Rouge a Levres Voile Sheer Lipstick
My shade is 406 Millicent Rose, which is a “vivid rose sheer.” Y’all know I’m a nude lip girl, but this gel-like lip color is bright, springy, long-wearing, comfortable, and just makes me feel pretty, darn it. It’s a permanent fixture in my purse, and I’ll even use it to touch up my blush. I got it as a special treat during the Sephora Sale, and I just love it so much.
