All this month we’re easing out of lockdown, stripping off our masks, and emerging back into the world! And I’m SO ready. I’ll share several looks throughout June to get you ready for all your summer events, and this week we’re heading back into the office.
If you’re like many I’ve spoken to, even if you haven’t enjoyed working from home, you probably enjoyed NOT having to commute. Since you might need to reimagine your morning routine, I have a quick-but-comprehensive makeup look for you. It stays put all day and will get you from morning emails to meetings to team lunches with minimal touchups.
The products I chose, as you see in the video, are tried-and-true favorites I’ve used for years in the corporate world because they work (for me…it’s all relative). For this look, though, the layering technique is more important than the products - especially what I mention about eyeliner!
Speaking of liner, one brush I do want to mention is the Wayne Goss 05 Precision Detail Brush. I’ve never used anything like it, and it makes the “eyeliner” trick I show you so simple. You can also shop key products on my Like to Know It page.
Even if you are working from home (like me), I can say, without a doubt, that makeup makes me feel better and more productive. Trust me - I’ve been conducting business through a screen way before we had to, so a little makeup goes a long way with my on-screen confidence (which is why everyone on TV wears it!).
